BUSINESS WITH THE BENEFITS pleated (1)

To benefit a lot done with folded tamper with income and expenses. Because the formula for profit is revenue minus costs. The first step is done to boost revenue by doing aggressive marketing. Income is the product of the price with the volume of sales. Various marketing strategies used to increase sales volume, ranging from cost leadership strategy as a whole until the differentiation strategy. Not enough with that added more focused strategy, whether the focus of the overall cost leadership and differentiation focus. Cost leadership strategy emphasize the overall price advantage over competitors and strategies highlight the benefits of product differentiation, personal, services, channels and image than the competition.

To reduce costs by making all-out efficiency in all lines. Sometimes even lines on the development of human resources, such as educational facilities, training, health benefits and cut out sebagaya. But it cuts the cost of human resource development company that instead dropped it, because it affects the company's overall revenue. This is due to the collapse of the business spirit of the employees.

There are other ways to increase profits that doubled as did Ali ibn Abi Talib. "O woman, if you have something to eat your husband?" Asked Ali to his wife Fatima. Analysis Tolls TO Fall AND State Awakening

Analysis tool that is still powerful enough to find a country downs presented by Ibn Khaldun in 808 H. (1406) in his Prolegomena. Ibn Khaldun's contribution on economic principles with cross-disciplinary dynamic models (Chapra, 2000). The entire model can be summarized by Ibn Khaldun in his advice to the king as follows: (1) The power of sovereignty (al-mulk) can not be maintained except by implementing sharia, (2) Sharia can not be implemented except by a sovereign (al-mulk). (3). Sovereignty will not gain power unless supported by human resources (ar-rijal). (4). Human resources can not be maintained unless the property (al-mal). (5). Property can not be obtained except by the construction of (al - Imarah). (6). Development can not be achieved except by justice (al-adl). (7) Justice is the criterion (al-mizan) which God used to evaluate human and (8) Sovereignty contain loads of responsibility to uphold justice.

This advice, in Ibn Khaldun's own words, consists of eight principles (hikamiyyah sentence) of political wisdom, each connected to another to gain power, in a cycle path where the beginning and end can not be distinguished. This reflects the dynamic character and cross-discipline of Ibn Khaldun's analysis. He is cross-disciplinary as connecting all the political and socioeconomic variables are important, such as the Sharia (S), the political authority or wazi (G), human or rijal (N), or the mall property (W), development or Imarah (g) and justice or al-adl (j), in an interdependent rotation cycle, influencing each other and in turn will be influenced by others as well. Considering the operation of this cycle occurs in a chain reaction in a long perioede dynamism dimension included in the overall analysis and helps explain how political factors, moral, social, economic and continuously interact and influence the progress and setbacks or fall and built a civilization . In a long-term analysis such as this, do not apply ceteris paribus clause because no variables are constant (fixed). One of the variables to act as a trigger mechanism and the others can react in the same way, the whole in one sector will not permeate to other variables and this led to the possibility that the sectors diperbaikinya damaged along with travel time or the decline of civilization will occur slowly . Will occur sectors others reacted in the same direction with the trigger mechanism, the whole will gain momentum through a chain reaction of mutual berhubunghan so difficult to identify because of the effect. This causal cycle is called the Cycle of Justice which can be used as an analytic tool powerful enough.

I love you more

Losses-Losses will produce people who will take revenge, blind to the fact that the murder was suicide. Revenge is a double-edged sword, able to kill the enemy at once can kill themselves. There are people who become centered on the enemy, so totally obsessed with the behavior of his opponent to the point that becomes blind to everything but their desire for him to lose, hostile conflict, a philosophy which is very exhausting war. Lose-lose philosophy is also very dependent person, without direction from the inside, who suffer and think everyone else should suffer too. Instead, Win-Win is a frame of mind and heart continue to seek mutual benefit in all human interactions. Win-Win means that agreements or solutions provide benefits beyond timbale. With a Win-Win solution, all parties are happy with the decision and felt bound by tindakaanya plan. Win-Win to see life as a cooperative arena, not competitive. Most people tend to think in dichotomies, strong or weak, hard or soft, manang or lose. However, such thinking is fundamentally flawed. This way of thinking based on power and position rather than on principle. Win-Win is based on the paradigm that there is a lot for everybody, that one person's success is not achieved at the expense or remove other people's success. Thus the word. Stephen R. Covey.

Think Win-Win is the habit of interpersonal leadership, which requires the exercise of the unique human gift, such as conscience, self-awareness, imagination and free will are framed with a noble morality and obedience to the Creator, Allah. Morals are the basis of the Win-Win and others built on the basis of morality is. Tenderness, kepemaafan, empathy with others, communicate with active listening, working hard and always bersrah to God is a noble character.

Empathic communication is communication with active listening, namely communication by responding to what was said, intended and the other person's feelings. Communication is the other person solve the problem alone. Empathic communication is a central circle of successful leadership. Once Ali ibn Abi Talib (in-law and nephew of the Prophet) asked the Messenger of his love to her and Fatimah (the Prophet's daughter). "O Messenger of Allah. why hast thou more than I love Fatima? "asked Ali. Prophet smiled and then answered "Yes Ali, I love Fatima's more than you, but I love you more than Fatima".
